RETURN POLICY

Except as otherwise stated by Team Jamis Sports LLC, (“Jamis,” “we,” “our”) in writing, accepted order(s) may not be cancelled without our prior written consent, which we may withhold in our discretion.

Complete customer satisfaction of any JAMIS product is our goal, however we acknowledge some situations may arise where you’ll need to return an item for one reason or another. 

Requests for any product(s) to be returned must be initiated in writing via email within thirty (30) days of original purchase date.

PARTS & ACCESSORIES

JAMIS will refund the full cost paid for returned parts and accessories to your credit card less all shipping charges, provided the returned items are in like-new condition.

Parts & Accessories Return Procedure:

STEP #2

JAMIS will confirm receipt of return request and provide return label. Customer is responsible for packing bike and arranging shipment of bicycle to JAMIS.

Pack your part(s) using the original packaging and arrange for shipment to JAMIS at the below shipping address:

STEP #3

JAMIS will receive your returned parts and inspect to confirm condition. Provided the parts are in like-new condition JAMIS will issue refund as outlined above.

COMPLETE BICYCLES

BICYLES MUST BE RETURNED IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION. FOR COMPLETE BICYCLES TO BE RETURNED, IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO DISASSEMBLE AND ADEQUATLEY PACK/SHIP USING THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY BICYCLE RETURNED TO JAMIS IN ANY CONDITION OTHER THAN LIKE-NEW, OR NOT ADEQUATELY PACKED/SHIPPED USING ORIGINAL PAGKAGING MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL RESTOCKING FEES. 

For BICYCLES the full cost paid for the bicycle will be refunded by Jamis to your credit card less all shipping charges and a $95.00 restocking fee. These shipping charges include the original $49.00 ($95.00 for oversized bikes) shipping charge and an additional $49.00 ($95.00 for oversized bikes) return shipping fee.

STEP #3

JAMIS will receive your returned bike and inspect to confirm condition. Provided the bicycle’s condition meets the above requirements JAMIS will issue refund based on criteria outlined in this policy.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order to avoid additional fees. Please take your time and make your selections carefully. We encourage you to reach out to a local Jamis Retailer if you have any questions relating to sizing or specs to ensure you are happy with your purchase. A Jamis Retailer can be found by using the “Find a Retailer” feature on our website. Orders not cancelled within 2 hours may be subject to additional fees as outlined below. 

Orders cancelled outside of 2 hours but have not yet shipped will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total order.

 Once your order has shipped it is no longer eligible to be cancelled. Please see our Return Policy outlined below for terms, instructions, and information regarding returns and refunds.
