Jamis Bicycles is expanding it’s sales force and seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our sales team.
We do work with qualified independent representatives in some territories. As a Jamis representative you will be expected to maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the company positively and professionally at all times.

General Requirements:
* Develop and Generate Sales for both Jamis and Nirve
* Prospecting new accounts
* Bicycle knowledge required
* Minimum of 3 years field sales experience

INSIDE SALES POSITION

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential to ensuring our dealer partners, retail customers, and internal sales teams have the information and support they need to succeed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about bikes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our dealer network and direct customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency using our CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist outside sales reps with account management, product information, and sales reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our bike models, accessories, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Track sales leads, customer inquiries, and follow-ups to support team goals.
• Help onboard new dealers and provide product training as needed.
• Participate in special sales promotions, product launches, and trade show support.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (bike industry a big plus!).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and order entry software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cycling and an understanding of bicycle components and culture is a strong asset.

Warranty / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jamis Bicycles is seeking an experienced and talented customer service administrator to join our team in our Northvale, New Jersey office.
You’ll enjoy a culture of positivity, professionalism, encouragement and enthusiasm while working here. As a Jamis representative you will be expected to maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the company positively and professionally at all times.

General Requirements:

In this position, your main goal will be to ensure the smooth execution of operations related to the entire customer service and warranty claims processes. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and reviewing customer service claims, verifying their eligibility, and ensuring their completeness and accuracy. You will maintain records of warranty claims, customer information, product specifications, and resolutions, and ensure claims adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines.

Communication with our customers is essential, regarding updates on their claims, status and resolve related issues and queries.. You will analyze warranty data to track and identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues, and suggest improvements that will maximize claims processes.

Duties include the following:

• Receive, process, and review warranty claims from customers
• Verify claims forms and eligibility and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain records of warranty claims, customer information, product specifications, dates, and resolutions
• Ensure claims adherence to the company’s policies and guidelines
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on claims status and address and resolve related issues and queries
• Analyze warranty data to track and identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues
• Prepare and present reports on findings to relevant stakeholders
• Suggest improvements in policies, procedures, and product design
• Identify and develop strategies for maximizing claims processes
• Maintain a comprehensive product knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex warranty-related issues
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
