JJ HAEDO

Juan Jose (JJ) Haedo is a former professional road racing and track cyclist who was a key member of the Jamis-Hagens Berman cycling team. Starting his career as a track cyclist, he turned professional by joining the Colavita-Bolla team in 2003. During his 11-year career he picked up dozens of stage wins at races such as the Amgen Tour of California, Criterium du Dauphine, and Tirreno Adriatico. In 2011 JJ won Stage 16 of Vuelta a Espana, one of international cycling’s three prestigious grand tours. Hailing from Argentina, in 2010 he was awarded the Konex Award Merit Diploma in recognition of being one of the country’s five best cyclists of the previous decade.

In 2014 JJ retired from professional cycling and returned to his home in Argentina. These days he enjoys spending time at home with family and friends, and of course piling up the miles aboard a carbon Renegade!
