2.4 WIDTH TIRES
Tire width has a significant effect on how a bike rides. X.24 Disc features 2.4 width tires, which strike an ideal balance between grip, compliance and rolling efficiency.
SINGLE-CHAINRING DRIVETRAIN
X.24 Disc keeps it simple with a single-chainring drivetrain. A 32t chainring combined with a 14-32t freewheel provide enough gearing to go anywhere without the need for an extra shifter, cabling and derailleur.
MECHANICAL DISC BRAKES
Disc brakes are the go-to setup for performance braking applications. They’re more powerful, more consistent, and work better in wet conditions than standard rim brakes.
ANO BLACK COMPONENTS
A well-loved bike is a well-used bike, and a well-used bike is bound to show scratches and dings. Many parts on X.24 Disc feature an ano black finish, which helps conceal minor damage.
SUSPENSION FORK
X.24 Disc is built for both street and off-road use. A suspension fork with 50mm travel does a good job of soaking up bumps on rough roads and smoothing out rocky trails.
LIGHTWEIGHT ALUMINUM FRAME
X.24 Disc features a lightweight 6061 aluminum frame, which helps keep overall weight down. The top-tube is shaped for low standover height, making mounting and dismounting easier.
SEALED CARTRIDGE BOTTOM BRACKET
Our kids bikes are designed to stand the test of time, which is why we spec most with sealed cartridge bottom brackets. This design will help keep the pedals turning smoothly for years.
