| Every carbon XCR frame features SST -- Size Specific
Tubing -- with tube diameters designed specifically
for each frame. Larger frames get larger, stiffer OD’s;
smaller frames get lighter, smaller OD’s. |

| We use powerful, state of the art, composite
manufacturing software to analyze and perfect our
layup schedule. The result is optimized layup for
optimal stiffness, greater durability and lighter weight. |

The XCR Team and Pro chainstay is 99.5% full
carbon fiber, including the dropouts. An alloy disc
brake mount is integrated into the carbon on the
non-drive side to provide additional strength under
braking loads. |
