Diablo is only an hour or so from our offices and we've been taking advantage of their insane network of jump lines, ramps, wall rides and DH trails for a few years now to bang up product and initiate new office staff. So it only made sense that we should partner up and make something happen. We value our relationship with Diablo and their entire staff...our bikes are better as a result of our partnership.
 
Featuring a new hydro-formed down tube. Cleaner, stronger, stiffer.It incorporates the bell crank pivot bracket into the down tube, eliminating extra welds (think potential stress risers now gone), and making for a much stiffer interface between the frame and the shock linkage.
 
We position the bearings outboard on our forged and CNC’ed unified bell crank for the same reasons cranksets with external bottom bracket bearing designs do so: for increased support and lateral stiffness. We’ve also modified our chainstay yoke and stay tooling to produce an even stronger and stiffer swing arm.
 

Our 10mm shock hardware is NOT the standard from our rear shock suppliers. We have to pay more for it and our production lead times are usually increased because we specify it. But the increase in lateral stiffness for our frames and the enhanced rear shock durability and performance is worth every extra dollar and every extra delivery day.
